MS Supreme Court looking for comments

The Court when it changes or adds rules seeks comment from the bar and the public. They have open up for comment 2 different things currently:

1. New Municipal Court Rules - nothing looks to odd in here to me but it is a good primer of sorts of what can and cannot happen in a courtroom

2. an amendment to how cases are assigned - nothing out of the ordinary here either, criminal cases have been added in to the rules which previously just dealt with civil cases and a outdated portion of the comments has been removed.
